On the other hand, that list is interesting to find “similar profiles”, which can help identify people with somewhat similar background if you are in hiring mode.

It’s not who looked at IBM. So I’m not sure how relevant those people in the box are in terms of people looking for IBM.  Please explain if I’m off here. Thanks!!
